A standardised questionnaire has been designed to cover various aspects relating to mental health. The questionnaire includes questions that have been used in other international studies allowing users to compare results to other international studies if they wish. Moreover, a standardised questionnaire will allow local benchmarking exercises to be conducted. Employees will be required to evaluate themselves on various aspects covered by a number of topics.
