Healthy Minds Work

Workplace psychological safety and organisational wellbeing

Healthy Minds Work offered by Richmond Foundation, empowers organisations through tailored psychological support, training, policy consulting, employee research, wellbeing retreats, and CSR initiatives for a mentally resilient workforce.

Mental health care is a strategic advantage. A supportive workplace leads to higher productivity, stronger morale, and increased employee retention—while positioning your business as a socially responsible employer.

When employees are overwhelmed— whether by professional or personal challenges—their performance, focus, and well-being suffer. This can result in burnout, anxiety, depression, and even physical health issues. The financial cost to employers through absenteeism and lost productivity is significant. Healthy Minds Work offers a proactive
solution, helping you support your team while building a resilient and high-performing workplace culture. By prioritising mental well-being, you’re not just supporting your employees—you’re strengthening your business. Healthy Minds Work empowers your organisation to take a proactive role in mental health, driving performance and purpose—
because healthy minds mean healthy businesses.
